With that information, we'll create a structural tension chart, in other words, what it is in your life that prevents you from reaching your goals as well as what helps you reach them. We start your weight loss program here so you can begin breaking old habits and setting up new ones based on your motivations to lose weight and be healthy. We always work as a team.

The Next Steps to Losing Weight

Next, I'll put together an action plan for you, which includes personal nutritional eating guidelines, a customized eating plan and an exercise plan. Your weight loss plan also includes access to a support network of a licensed nutritionist, a board certified physician and registered nurse to help you along the way. As you begin to lose weight, I will help you learn more about the food choices you make, so you will not only lose weight, but keep it off!
