I'm Ken Pisciotta, chef owner of
River Rock Inn - An American Bistro Restaurant in Milford, Pa. Every week my staff and I put in many hours to serve our favorite people—
you—so the scents from the kitchen are rivaled only by the excitement of our guests.
Whether you come to our Sunday brunch—which is making quite a name for itself in the Poconos—a low-key lunch or a romantic candlelit dinner (when you may decide to spend the night), you're always our number one priority.
Dine on traditional fare (everything is made from scratch) plus dishes that are unusual to the area, such as the Praline-Coated Salmon Filet, Spicy Sicilian Grilled Double-Cut Pork Chop or Caramelized Onion, Portobello Mushroom and Goat Cheese Quesadilla. We'll even cook a "personal" off-the-menu meal, if you call in advance.
